Dared Again...

I have GOT to stop having sleepovers... *sigh*
*is smacked by friend*
Okay, okay, here we go-
so this time, I've been dared to do a post on my five goth failures.
by failures, I''m going to assume she means stereotype-absences...

1) I have never had black hair.

2) I have never wanted to own anything poisonous

3) I wore an all-pink outfit very recently

4) I only own one pair of stompy boots- though I do have a pair of Doc Martens

5) My hair has been a shade I like to refer to as Boring Brown for almost four months now (I've been doing theater stuff and other non-vibrant-hair-please activities)

I made cupcakes!

So in my online dabbles with Lolita, I looked at so many cupcakes that I just had to make some. Then I decided, hey, why not make them adorable!? And then this happened:

I know it's a little late, but yeah... I love my knee-high socks ^.^

 thanks to the weird light, it's not really noticeable, but I had on my wide red fishnets under my stockings and various other red accents... I must find a better place for pictures >.<

 not a lot of makeup, as per usual when I planned to look nice, I got up late >.< why brain, why?

 kind of plain, but I think it was pretty cute :)

"New" Shoes!

So I have an old pair of converse. My mother insists on buying me a new pair because she thinks the old ones are "worn down" (maybe a little, I think, but not enough to warrant throwing them away) so this leaves me with a dilemma. I have two nearly identical pairs of shoes. Well, not anymore! I have doodled all over the old converse (I may have gotten a little carried away with the hearts on the sides) and here we have...
NEW SHOES
with only an hour or so of effort and no money spent. Victory is mine.

 I like the cupcakes :3 I'm really seriously considering going a little more Lolita... some things are just too adorable to not wear around on a daily basis! (like cupcakes)

does anyone have a simple DIY or revamp they'd like to share or post a link to?

 so I made my hair be all Robert Smith for a bit :3 but then it deflated...

 Sorry about the weird light in these, my bathroom mirror is the best one for pictures but the light in there is... strange. To say the least.

 and now I'm going to 4H! What I wore to school was better, but there's a different dress code for 4H.... *sigh* but, pigtails!! I haven't had pigtails in forever...
